I blogged about IP protection in genetics on a blog post at the World Economic Forum’s website. As part of our genetics council at the forum, we came up with a whitepaper that is linked with the blog. The whitepaper and blog look at both sides of the puzzle of creating an envelope of exclusivity and creating an environment for biotech to flourish. The path may be somewhere in the middle.
